Dear Matthew, Our goal at Trapper’s Landing Lodge is to provide our guests with the best Leech Lake experience. The photos you reference on our Expedia profile are true and accurate depictions of Trapper’s Landing Lodge and our facilities. The resort was full the particular week of your arrival and your original booking was for an off-shore unit that does not provide a clear view of the lake as stated in the unit description. We apologize for not being able to move you to a lake view unit and that you had a poor experience at our resort. After investigating the particulars of your stay with all team members it seems you did check out a few days prior to your original check-out date and since you provided us with an unusable credit card we were unable to charge you for the short stay you did have.
