El hotel está muy bien, el problema es que no se puede regular la temperatura de la habitación desde la misma

Mejor calidad / precio
Una estancia muy agradable, el hotel se encuentra entre las plantas 18 y 28 de un edificio bastante alto, las vistas son curiosas. Las habitaciones espaciosas. En lo demás no destaca pero todo correcto, repetiría mi estancia.

No repetiría nunca
Pésimo el hotel, lentitud a la hora de chquearse, toallas rotas, el aire no funcionaba, el wifi el peor, las cama incomodas, no me volvería a quedar nunca en ese hotel tienen el descaro de decir que es 4 estrellas, realmente es pésimo

todo bien, tiene cerca a 4 min la parada del metro y tranvía/bus. El desayuno no lo incluimos así que no sé. La cama muy cómoda tirando a dura. La habitación bastante grande. Lo malo es que los muros son de papel y se oye todo aunque sólo estén hablando. artículos de aseo correctos y menaje para hacer café o te.

Precio, cercanía, seguridad, trato y servicio
Excelente servicio del hotel, desde el precio de promoción que me toco pagar, en todavía temporada alta, hasta la muy buena ubicación del hotel. Por ubicación me refiero muy cerca de la estación de trenes, tiendas de autoservicio, lugares históricos del centro de la ciudad. Adicionalmente la seguridad del hotel, la limpieza , atención y amabilidad del personal. Por lo anterior lo recomiendo ampliamente en una ciudad como Varsovia que hizo de nuestro viaje una grata experiencia...!!!

El hotel estaba muy nuevo, limpio, habitacion muy amplia, baño perfecto, con aire acondicionado, con cafe, tés y agua gratis todos los dias.

Das Hotel ist an guter Lage. Das Ze ntrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Im Zimmer hat es eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapselsystem und Wasserkocher, sehr praktisch. Die Duschtücher sind etwas klein. Der Haartrockner nicht praktisch. Das Zimmer wurde töglich gereinigt. Die Aussicht aus dem 18. Stock ist toll.

Went the extra mile, and that you can’t say that often these days. The staff at reception early Saturday morning where amazing and definitely a good representation of the face of the business.

Never been to Poland, maybe its normal to have excuses every day to pay extra on top of booked room. I found it a joke. What is not normal, had a tick attached to my back in the bed, only left room once to goto hospital so had to be in room. Unfriendly, many guests shouting at reception.

Rooms are large and well equipped- maybe a little dated but still comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient .The buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The bar in the hotel was not very inviting and was the only facility we did not like. Located about 30 min walk from the old town but metro / buses nearby and Uber very cheap. Also bars cafes and restaurants in the nice neighborhood where the hotel is located. Made our stay in Warsaw very enjoyable

Very good hotel with nice wide bedroom, super clean, with good international breakfast and professional employees. Moreover the surroundings is great with lots of very restaurant options and access to main business center

Kjempefint opphold Leonardo hotellet.
Topp renhold.Rent og pent overalt. Kjempegod frokost. Teppe på gulvet kunne vært fjernet. Litt dårlig wifi signaler innimellom. Ikke sukker til teen på rommet. Men veldig god kaffe på rommene.
