I would not stay here again. In fact we did stay longer in DC but checked into a hotel instead of trying to extend our stay here. We got charged for early check-in in did not get access early (never gave us a credit), there is no way you could cook dinner as there is just cups, plates and silverware. The table only sets four people and the living room only sits four people as well so if you’re traveling with more than four, it’s hard to accommodate everyone. Also, the balcony outside has no furniture at all. So if you enjoy standing outside or sitting on the ground, this is the perfect place for you. One of us slept on the floor as the bed was broke upon arrival and the property manager asked me to send pictures of the bed and I did so. Nothing was ever done the entire stay to fix it. That person slept on the couch in the living room for the week. Multiple lamps that did not work and one was missing a lampshade. The building turned off the heat so it got very cold at night with unusually cool weather. When I asked the property manager, they informed me to use the space heater in the closet. Informed me that that little space heater was good enough for the whole house. Not even close to being enough and we were very cold at night. They did send a second small space heater, which did absolutely nothing. Only 1 TV. The whole point to rent a space like this is so you can cook meals and be comfortable as a group. I would recommend staying in a hotel over this place.
