Me cobraron 57 dólares más al checar entrada y yo ya avía pagado todo cuando reserve. No me gusto que tenemos que buscar donde dejar nuestro carro.

Muy bien ubicado el hotel y la habitación cómoda. Uno de los temas que no me gustaron es que no hacen diario la limpieza de la habitación y si la requieres, debes de solicitarla con 24 hrs de anticipación. Otro tema es el internet, se iba la señal seguido El otro tema es que no tienen estacionamiento gratis y es caro su servicio. Alfredo Perez

Este hotel ofrece muchas ventajas a sus huéspedes. El staff es amable y está comprometido con brindar el mejor servicio. Habitaciones confortables y cocina completa. Desayuno incluido y excelente ubicación.

Muy muy sucio
Llevamos el miércoles 14 de julio de 2021 en la noche tipo 8pm la habitación q nos dieron en el piso 10 no estaba hecha. La cama alguien se había acostado ahí y habían papales en la papelera. Bajamos nuevamente y nos dieron una habitación más pequeña al lado (sucia) el jueves nos pasaron nuevamente a la nuestra q no le hicieron aseo nunca. El sábado nos dijeron q había q solicitarlo 24 horas antes y que el fin de semana no hacían. Siempre escojo esta cadena pero en el de Washington no nos fue bien

un hotel en una zona tranquila, muy cómodo, la habitación amplia aunque no estaba muy limpia y no hay servicio de limpieza a menos que te quedes mas de 5 días..

It was a great experience to stay in this beautiful and cousy hotel. In addition, the location was perfect and had a well stocked SafeWay. The Kitchen was perfect, the breakfast and everything related to it. Next time, I will go back for sure.

Salvo lo lejos es un lindo y cómodo lugar
El lugar es lindo, pero está complicado si no tienes auto. El taxi desde el hotel al centro anda en los 45-50 dólares. No hay dónde comprar comestibles cerca, si no estás en auto. Tiene escaler y no tiene ascensor y no hay quien ayude con las valijas. La habitación era cómoda, linda y no faltaba nada

Though the staff tried to make my stay better, th eonline Booking company « E » and Homewood Suites had an issue among themselves which left me first without reservations, and secondly, had me put in a room that was neither the size nor standard that I paid for through the online booking company « E »The staff contacted me a couple times by room phone but only responded to one of my requests, I asked for towels and was "tossed" 17 towels by the house man. This was supposed to be a vacation. It was quite the opposite. I have a cute allergies to dogs and cats. I requested a pet free room. It was like staying in a kennel. I would not recommend anyone stay at Homewood Suites nor would I recommend anyone use Expedia to book a getaway.

We enjoyed our staff here. A family of 5, it was slightly tight quarters in their 1-bedroom suite, the beds were tiny (Full size), but the living area had a small kitchenette which was nice. Our bathroom was a nice size, but the shower did not drain on the first day, they immediately remedied it, and had quick customer service. The staff throughout were great, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was lack luster, not stocked very quickly, and limited choices, but what do you expect for free. The parking was very easy to miss! so pay attention when arriving. There were plenty walkable restaurants, and a grocery store across the street. We couldn't walk to any sites, but it was a short drive if you time it right to avoid DC rush-hour. I would stay again and recommend.

I wish I could upload my picture but the room didn’t look anything like the pictures on Expedia. It was filthy, old, doors didn’t have handles, the sink was bubbling SO LOUD every few seconds. It was the worse hotel I’ve stayed in, in my life. Thank god I was out walking a lot and not forced to be inside often. Do not stay here if you don’t have to!

The floor of the room was not clean, one of the blinds was broken and it looked like it had been for a while, the indoor handle to the bathroom door was missing, the staff was very friendly however they appeared to be short staffed

Service impeccable, sachez par contre qu’il est préférable de réserver le stationnement à l’avance. Nous ils ont finalement pu nous accommoder grâce a une employée vraiment gentille et serviable. Il y a aussi Diamond à la réception qui nous a fait de belles recommandations d’activités. Personnel vraiment gentil et serviable. Le seul bémol était la propreté de la chambre, comptoir n’avait clairement pas été nettoyé, il y avait plein de sucre et le plancher de la cuisine avait des débris. Superbe emplacement pour visiter à pieds.

This property location is very convenient. However, they need to improve their customer service skills, cleanliness, and overall management of a hotel. The valet attendant was rude, terrible first impression. The lobby smelled bad, and was mostly unattended . The room had a pull-out couch that was impossible to open, and we had to move all the furniture around to be able to use it. The room did not feel clean, and the shower was just dirty. The breakfast area was a zoo every morning. Guests had to stand in line, waiting for the food to be brought out. Food items would come out in small batches, enough for a handful of people, so the line never ended. Employees were very disgruntled. It was like the team had never run a hotel breakfast before. Overall, one of my worst hotel experiences to date.
