The communication was really poor. There were multiple phone calls and messages sent via the Vrbo app , and the team/ owner failed to respond and answer to any questions or concerns. They listed there is queen bed in the living room and we could not open it and we messaged the owner and they failed to repaid back , we tried calling and they failed to respond . Vrbo customer team tried to contact them and yet the owner failed to respond yet again. The carpet had a tear that.was a fall hazard for family of 4 year old and 75 year olds.
