Our stay was a disappointing experience. At arrival, our room was taken apparently by someone who was not a customer, so that raises concerns on how secure the hotel is and tolerance of these situations by managers.The guy at front desk asked the persons to leave the room and they only crossed the street. They gave us another room and since it was late at night we decided to stay but left for the second night. Would not return.

1.- me dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado cuando la temperatura ambiente estaba ha 88, 2.- la habitación estaba con insectos muertos bajo la cama 3.- la base de la cama estaba rota, la madera estaba partida

The room was a decent size, however, I requested a non-smoking room and the one I had was both smoking and had ash on the bed post. Also the shower was peeling and not properly cleaned prior to my stay. The water temperature was a bit disappointing as well. If others were showing on the property, the water would not get hot.

Always willing too accommodate you to make sure you are happy. In the middle of the night, our shower started to whistle and hiss and we were immediately moved into another room.

the room was FILTHY. the walls were covered in dirt and there were sticky stains all over the carpet. strangers were yelling and banging on our door all through the night. i would not stay here again

the rooms are scary, too old and dirty. good thing the receptionist let us see the room first before we pay. don't fall for a too cheap price list

Everything they advertised was false. Old pictures of the property. Carpets filthy, food on the floor, bed linens with burn marks in our room and hair on the towels . They would not refund our money. Told the next people that pulled up to check their room before they paid. So disappointed

Downright disgusting I didn't expect much but damn at least change the sheets and pillowcases. I found oils from someone's body. Hairs on the pillow cases. It's obvious they just remake the beds with the same sheets and pillowcases and given this pandemic that's a terrible way to go about

The most disgusting hotel room I’ve ever seen, the tile floors were caked with dirt and grime, the fridge and microwave have never once been cleaned, the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a couple of months. The bet sheets were stained and had hair in the beds. It was so gross I couldn’t wait to leave.

Place smells of cigarettes
I was told the price I was quoted online would not be honored and I had to pay more money. The room smelled of cigarettes. I sprayed an entire bottle of Febreze and the room still smelled. The sheets and pillow cases were not clean. I left after a couple hours in the night because I couldn’t take the smell or feel good about sleeping on those sheets.

It had no microwave or refrigerator and the bed was broken but even that staff was VERY kind and the stay was otherwise VERY comfortable

Ok for its value!
The motel looks cute and decent from its outward appearance. The manager or owner had really good customer service. The room from online pictures didn't match the actual state they were in. The pics were much better. However, the room had an eerie feeling, which I personally enjoyed! Very 1950s. Could be a little more updated and does need minor repairs in the room we stayed in. Overall it's ok and worth the stay for the price. Would have been better if we hadn't been cooped up. (Went during spring break aka COVID-19 break)

Placed in the back fir being black...
I was given a room in the back of the hotel facing a 30 foot cement wall?! I quickly noticed I was the only black guest assigned to this area of the hotel. The curtains were thin, the door had a crease in it one could easily see through, toilet would not flush, towels were dirty & customer service was unheard of
