Jennifer and I got along just fine, and I appreciate her as my guest. I would just like to address some of her feedback. The address to the home was provided in her booking confirmation letter, within two days of her booking, after she signed the rental agreement. Over a month before her arrival she emailed me for the address because her sister lives in the area. I sent it again. Later she proclaimed had she known the address she would not have booked a location far from her sister. She had time to cancel her reservation with a full refund upon receiving the address two times. Jennifer felt I did not communicate that they would need 4 wheel drive for the mountain road in the winter. I pointed out that it was stated in the rental agreement that she signed almost immediately after booking. I paid my employee Dave to help them safely off the mountain on their departure day, and I went against my policy and refunded for the 2 nights she could not stay there due to weather. Jenn reported there was no hair dryer in the house and the TV was broken in the twin bedroom. The hair dryer was in the master bathroom drawer and the TV was not broken. User error we assume. I could have helped her with both those things had she reported it while she was there. Again, all exchanges between us were pleasant, and I appreciate her choice to stay with us. It is always disappointing when a guest is unhappy.

We don't have a hot tub. LOL!!! Thank you for being such friendly guests. I appreciate it. Yes, it is advised to guests up front that you need 4 wheel drive and possibly tire chains for this road in the winter. It does not snow a lot but it can snow in Dec (maybe), Jan, Feb and March (maybe). Mostly Jan and Feb when it does. The rest of the year, the road is just fine with 2 wheel drive.

I am very sorry, but I responded to every one of her emails. It is so hurtful when guests lie about you. I was late responding to one, because I did not receive it until the next day. I apologized. Also, she never tried to call or text me, when I didn't pick up the email. See the emails below. I supply two rolls of toilet paper under 3 sinks and whatever is left on the rolls. She had a two day stay! She never asked for more. See from the bottom the emails I sent. I have removed names to follow this websites guidelines. Hi David- The propane is hooked to a HUGE tank that fuels the fireplace and the house. You may not have been out of propane, it may have been an issue with the grill. I would have sent the handyman had you let me know. I will look into it. I am glad that you did enjoy the property regardless of the grilling situation, and it's a good thing that there are many wonderful places to dine nearby. It was my pleasure having you as a guest. Hi Marlene- Since the grill is only two months old it is extremely frustrating for me too that a part needed to be ordered for something that should be in 100% working order.
