The house is large and spacious, with three bedrooms. However this is where the positives really end, after booking and paying for the property we were then informed of the £150 deposit and proof of ID we had to provide. This is something that should be stated upfront. Communication with the host was sub par, after I realised I had received a message from the host a couple weeks after booking (I never received a notification, not problem of the host) I then replied. During our conversation I messaged multiple times on different platforms before receiving a reply. We did not receive check in instructions until 30 minutes before arriving and that was only as we had contact VRBO support center. We were told we would receive them day of, but this is usually early on, instead we were driving to our accommodation with not idea if we would receive the instructions of not. Communication just needs to be imporoved upon.
The property was fine, but had stains on carpet and not the cleanest couch, received 2 small towels, and no hand towel in bathroom, but it was fine for the one night we were there.
If you book just be aware of the deposit required, and know you aren't getting the most spotless house, but it's not the worst either.
