A few items that need improved

Nice house, comfortable beds, nice living space. It was nice to have a fenced in back yard. A little disappointing on the small things: The master bath shower was never more than luke-warm at best. I like hot showers. The kitchen is lacking some necessities like a cutting board, steak knives, a decent cutting knife, utensils that rusty, extra kitchen towels, etc. The fish tank was a bit disturbing. The tank looked like it needed cleaned, there was a layer of scum on the top, and it looks like the air hose wasn't working.

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a wedding. We were very happy with the house. It’s well taken care of and is comfortable with plenty of space to hang out watching TV or playing games. It was exactly what we were looking for.

Extremely dirty

I have taken a ton of pictures of the urine still on bathroom walls and dirt that hasn’t been wiped off of doors and walls. Clumps of black hair in nice white towels, eww! Not sure what housekeeper is doing just not cleaning. In the master bathroom you can see where the roof leaks and in one spot you can tell where the water is sitting. Investors need to invest or at least inform folks they really don’t care about this house!

Charming house in Wendell, NC!

We enjoyed our stay in this charming house located in a quiet neighborhood in a cul de sac.The house didn't disappoint because it was clean, modern, and had all the listed amenities. My family needed a house that was close to Raleigh and surrounding suburbs. An added bonus was it was pet friendly and my dog appreciated the fenced yard. Our host, Mrs James, was available to answer any questions. I highly recommend this home and would come here again.

Mixed bag

Pros: neighborhood, walkability to downtown, ease of checkin/checkout Cons: the entire home smelled of detergent/air fresheners, mattresses were encased in a heavy-duty and loud plastic protectors, the home is in need of updating/refreshing as things are old and in disrepair (furniture, door latch, appliances, carpet, etc) Nothing was bad enough to report to the home manager during our stay (but I’d be happy to submit a list of items if the homeowner would like to reach out to me) —but we won’t be staying again when we return to Wendell.

Quick Visit To North Carolina

We had a lovely visit and our stay was very nice.the house was perfect.Very comfortable ,well appointed.The location was peaceful and quite yet accessible to all the local amenities. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Dog friendly stay in a nice house

We enjoyed staying in this house. It was as advertised. The pots, pans and some glasses were dirty and my husband had to clean what we used. We stay in many places and this is a common problem. It was odd that there were no hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen towels, only paper towels. We have never experienced this before. I would suggest cleaning the vent on the wall behind the couch. All the rooms were nicely decorated and spacious. The house had everything we needed, except hand towels. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The area was nice and quiet on a cul de sac.

Very uncomfortable stay..

Coming in the house it’s small.. the house was not clean. The inside of the refrigerator was not clean, the stove (oven) horrible. The countertop had hair on the paper towel as I wiped.. The middle room mattress had nasty brown stains all on the side.. we will never again rent here again..I had pictures that I did summit as proof…

This was an amazing home. Everything that was described in the listing was accurate, The pictures really don't do it any justice compared to when you see it in person. Very quiet and easy to access. I also appreciate how quickly the host responded. 10/10 will book again!!
