The owner and stuff are nice and friendly there. There are many resources at the location. Property is neat and clean, dogs are friendly to play with.

Amazing farmstay, great place to get away from it all. I enjoyed the peace and quiet up in the hills, surrounded by the beautiful horses and friendly 3 dogs of the property.

Idéal pour se déconnecter et visiter la région

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Cottage avec tout le confort (cheminée, cuisine équipée, 2 chambres). En plein milieu de la nature, une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Visite de la ferme super pour les enfants (chevaux, vaches,...) et petite ballade dans les cascades. Les propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins avec leurs pensionnaires. Le lieu est splendide et très calme. Aux alentours, on peut visiter la ville de Thames, aller visiter la baie de Tairua et la presqu'île de Coromandel. Il y a également plusieurs départs de ballades depuis la ferme. Idéal pour se déconnecter du monde pendant quelques jours... et se reconnecter avec la nature.

Great adventure for a family, just getting there!

Our stay was a great way to see the beautiful native bush along with amazing sea views at New Zealand is famous for. The hosts, Karyn and Scott are just so accommodating in a relaxed Kiwi style which is all you can ask for; they are open and friendly and enjoy your coming to visit. The instructions are clear and easy to follow when arriving - my husband really rather enjoyed the 4WD experience in the Toyota Highlander on the way up. The dogs are a wonderful welcome, great little personalities and immediately you feel at home. Waking up in the morning to see the horses grazing on the front lawn was special, our kids both loved the fact the animals ranged free around the accommodation and they even got to feed Tiberius some bananas! First time we have ever seen a horse eat bananas and a memory made for our family.

Great stay on a farm

Very special to stay at Scott's and Katryn's farm: quiet, surrounded by animals, beautifull views and certainly not to forget the very kind hosts.

Une expérience unique de luxe!

Passage trop rapide à nightingale falls farmstay retreat. Emplacement unique, vue splendide. Plus qu'un hôtel, une expérience. Dans cette ferme, l'électricité est solaire, l'eau vient de la rivière. La forêt est superbe. On y trouve même des cascades !! Plusieurs activités nature y sont proposées. Une étape de luxe !

The best stay

It was the best place to stay. Karyn and scott gave warm welcome. Kids love to stay and play with coco (Dog). The first plan was just stay a night but decided to have farmtour even we have disappointed with another farm tour (Agrdome). It can't be comparble. It was one of best choice. Scott kindly explained during farm tour. We could meet horse and collect egg and see beatiful waterfall after bush. So awesome. I highly recommended to stay. The only one thing remind is location. It is quite far from Thames and the road to farm is quite narrow and unpave. check in after darkness is not recommended.

Beautiful secluded getaway

Unfortunately we only booked one night's stay here. So much available to do and see! Scott and Karen were great hosts and our stay was perfect. Must do!

Above the world

Cosy cabins with log fire. They are off the grid but have wi fi.. Friendly dog Milo and farm animals in the paddock. Fabulous views and great pizza! !

Great farmstay!

Great stay!! The hosts were very hospitable and meals prepared at the farm were really good! Love the farm animals and the views from the farmhouse.

Awesome Hosts!!

Thanks to Karyn and Scott for being awesome Hosts! The view from the home was amazing. It was well worth the short drive up the valley to experience the beauty and the nature of the Coromandel Peninsula. Be sure to go with Scott for a tractor trip to the Nightingale Waterfall!!

Something a little bit special

The view is breath taking!! Karyn and Scott are wonderful hosts and you almost become one of the family. we were unable to do the farm tour as I was travelling with my disabled mother who has difficulty with stairs, so was a little concerned about getting mum around but she managed and we had a wonderful 2 night stay, would recommend this to anyone wanting something a little different from the normal b&b

Beautiful views!

We had such a wonderful time with Scott and Karyn, they were so welcoming and you immediately feel like part of their family upon arrival. The room was great and had the most amazing views!! Only thing to note is that it is a bit of a trek to get to and from your car, so if you're wanting to leave the property a ton, just account the time for that.

Kids will love it!

We stayed for a night at the farm and the kids loved it. My boys (age 5 and 7) had fun playing with the 3 friendly dogs at the farm, and wished they could stay for another night. Hosts were very friendly and the farm tour on the tractor was an experience too. Sunset view from the farm was beautiful too.
