It is time for an update to the place as it’s looking pretty worn. The jug worked but the water tasted metallic, the top of the pan didn’t fit properly, the light above the single bed was missing and the front door really was in need of a paint job. Not real value for the price.

Room good entertainment ie TV poor
They do not allow you to watch any movies and incidentally the TV is a bit washed out colour wize This only allows you to watch standard fta tv programs

We had the corner apartment with river views. Good value accommodation with a seperate double bedroom, comfortable twin beds in the living space (instead of a sofa bed), a lounge suite and kitchen. A little dated but perfectly fine for our needs.

Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Steep step into shower - this may be problematic for some. Also, steep carpeted stairs up to the first floor unit. Need to take a lot of care when carrying luggage. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Reasonably quiet despite heavy trucks using nearby road.

Impressed with cleanliness of motel. Sadly the beds are old and so this made for a less than comfortable night sleep. Staff friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to see and do. For price, overall happy with our stay. Be mindful of road noise in front upstairs units!

We paud for accommodation, received a confirmation email from Expedia 'advising that Riverview have confirmed the booking and there is no need to contact the Hotel to confirm'. However upon arrival at Hotel (fully booked) and no room for us. After 2hrs on telephone to Expedia, we eventually stayed in a hostel for the night. No refund or compensation! :-( 😞

Hi Justin. We are very sorry we didn't have the room you requested....However we did offer you another unit which wasn't to your liking, we also offered you 2 rooms at another location which you also turned down. We worked very hard to put things right. We are actually refunding 229.37 for relocation so please make sure Expedia pay you this amount. Apologies again. regards Riverview Motel

good one night stay
Lovely views from our unit but unfortunately the noise from the road is constant until late at night and then starts up at about 4.30 am. Clean and spacious motel unit and lovely to have the separate bedroom
