I’ll definitely be back and I recommend it!! The Crusader has everything you need. Beachfront, wonderful little diner, rooms are great, fantastic customer service and ice cream!!! It’s a short ride to the boardwalk too.

My stay at the crusader was just perfect. The staff were amazing, front desk staff were so nice and helpful with anything we asked. Room was spotless, plenty of towels AHEAD of time! Rooms cleaned as soon as we left and no waiting. Pool was clean and area always spotless. Will be returning next year for sure.

The rooms were clean and so was the pool area. very friendly staff. My only complaint was there was not enough lighting in the room. Over all love the Crusader.

Ghetto Operation
We booked a room with 2 beds. When we checked in and went to the room, there was only 1 bed. The front desk told us there were no rooms available to transfer us to, they did not have a cot to give us, and they could not adjust the price for us. On top of that, the bathroom was tiny, like real small. There was only 1 light in the whole room. There was literally no where to hang any clothes (no closet, no hangers, no bar to hang on). There was no iron/ironing board. To sum it up, this place is pretty ghetto. 1/10 stars. Would not recommend

We are so sorry that your stay was not ideal. Again, we do apologize for the mistake in the bed situation. The motel-style room that you booked, whether 1 king bed or 2 double beds do have small bathrooms because the vanity area is outside of the bathroom. In the vanity area is the closet bar with hangars on it. No iron/or ironing board are kept in any room. They are at the front desk for the asking. If any of these topics were brought up to any member of our staff, we would have gone out of our way to ensure the best stay.

Been going to Wildwood for 40 years..One of the nicest motels I’ve seen in Wildwood…Highly recommend..Clean,well maintained,friendly staff, good food in restaurant..

We had a one night stay. It was a little dated with the decor, bathroom and kitchen . I did not like that the room joining door you could see underneath. When they were cooking the smell came under the door and you were able to see shadows of people walking around. For a one night stay , location and price was worth it.

My review on this place is terrible terrible. Do not stay there. Unfortunately I had covid and the woman at the front desk told me to come anyway that they were closing in a week anyway. I keep trying to call to talk to John the manager and this woman at the desk keeps hanging up or tells me he is not there. The thing that really bothers me about all this is they don’t even care about the other families that are there. When someone that has covid and says to come we are not following those guidelines. Do not stay. Take your business elsewhere. Awful people

Great Location and Clean!
This was a lucky pick for one night off season and already want to come back during the summer season. Great location. Great beach and great rooms. Reasonably priced.

Room very small to accommodate a family of 4. Bathroom the size of a small closet. If I had known the size of the room I would have never stayed there. I travel all the time and by far this was the worst for over 300.00 a night. Staff was great when you needed something, very friendly.

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great location/view. Pool is nice. The only thing that we found challenging was the parking. Very tight spaces and 1/2 of them for cars while we were in our truck.

We have been coming to the Wildwoods for the past 28 years, and the majority of those have included a stay at the Crusader! The new renovations/flooring and updated cleaning practices made our family feel safe, even amidst a pandemic! The rooms were comfortable and the views terrific as always. My only comment would be that the restaurant downstairs serves lunch/dinner later in the day, as they used to! Otherwise, 5 stars, we love the crusader!
