In the Middle of Everything
This location is perfect for a vacation, it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The Ark was 7 mins away, Creation Museum to the north about 43 mins away, about 35-45 mins away from horse venues towards Lexington, 1 hour away from Entertrainment Junction in Ohio, and many more places we could have gone too. The house itself it a lot of fun too. One of the days I stayed home just to play Pac Man and air hockey. The grill out back was also useful for meals as well. There are also plenty of beds for larger families.

Excellent all the way around
We had a wonderful time. The home was in excellent condition very clean. It accommodated our family everyone loved it. It was very close to the Ark Encounter. I would highly recommend. Pete was very easy & nice to communicate with. We will certainly come back in we are in the area.

Best in Williamstown!
The house was amazing! We had 8 people staying the weekend. The bunk beds in the rooms were perfect. The downstairs gaming area was nice. The kids loved the Air hockey table! We even got to use the grill for some steaks! Would definitely rent again!

This house was a perfect fit!
My husband and I traveled with my parents to celebrate my dad's 73rd birthday and visit the ark, and this house was perfect for all of our needs! Peter was a gracious host, communicated on time and detailed, and answered all my questions. The house was so beautiful, clean, well stocked (the snacks and smart tv were an added bonus) and had everything we needed. The beds slept comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We'll definitely be back again and would love to stay get here as our property of choice!

Great size, clean home
Our family had an excellent stay at Peter's home; clean, convenient, well-priced, and plenty of room for our family! Plus, it is cool playing on the air hockey, and it felt like a 5 minute drive to the Ark! Would stay here again.

Comfortable! Spacious! Perfect!
We comfortably fit 3 couples, 4 teens and 1 child in this home. We all slept amazingly well on these beds! The kitchen is a great size for cooking. Dining room has table big enough to seat 8-10 people. The living room has a nice tv with comfortable seating. The air hockey table was a hit with all 5 kids! The host was wonderful with communication! Check in and check out we’re flawless. Location is amazing. Quiet neighborhood located within 10 minutes to restaurants and Walmart. I would recommend staying here! You won’t regret it.

Very much enjoyed this house. The house was very clean and comfortable. Enough seating for everyone. The beds we’re comfortable. The game table was a big surprise to the kids very much enjoyed it. Perfect location to the ark.

Spacious and inviting home
We stayed here on a family trip to the Ark. We arrived late after a long drive and were thrilled to see such a warm and inviting home. The space seems larger than it does in the photos. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The distance from the Ark Encounter was also a huge plus. The ramp into the kitchen was perfect for my mom who uses a walker. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great place to stay with plenty of room for a large group. Easy drive (45 minutes) to Creation Museum and very short drive to Ark Encounter. The host provided coffee and snacks!

Great stay
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had a group of 10 and it was very comfortable for all of us. The house was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe. It was super close to the Ark, which is where we were visiting. We had a great time playing with the air hockey table in the evenings while grilling out for supper. The owner stayed in contact with us to make sure all was well and our needs were met. It was a great stay! Thanks Peter!

Very clean and great location
We were very impressed with this home! Everything was so clean and well taken care of. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The comforters on the beds were fantastic!! We had 6 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room. The basement was immaculate and had so much room. The kids loved the air hockey table and the snack basket 😄

We wanted somewhere to stay to accommodate a family trip. The home slept our family of 10 comfortably. We had enough space to spread out and enjoy each other. The beds were comfortable and the home had a nice atmosphere. The host provided everything we needed to make for a great visit.

Great accessibility to The Ark Encounter
What looks like a small home on the outside is actually very spacious and comfortable on the inside. There were snacks available much to our surprise when we walked in the door along with kcups for coffee. After a long day of walking we were so grateful. The beds here are also top notch and the hosts communication was appreciated. We recommend renting! It’s way better than a hotel.

Comfortable, Pleasant and Well-appointed
Our family of five (kids ages: 16, 13, 10) recently stayed at Peter's place while visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. He has done a great job renewing this little rancher from the 50s/60s. It does not feel old at all, and, in fact, the freshly finished basement level with a beautiful bathroom feels brand new. We were very comfortable here. This property would easily accommodate a larger family, or two small-medium size families traveling together. The basement has two bedrooms and a bathroom - great for a separate family group, or for teens, etc. Our kids loved the air hockey table in the basement as well, and with the Smart TV and wifi, it's a great getaway. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials and the sheets and mattresses are GREAT. Also nice to have the option to do laundry if needed. Location is fantastic - 5 minutes from the Ark (literally just across from it on the other side of the interstate), and an easy 35 minute drive north to the Creation Museum. The neighborhood is an older residential area. Although it doesn't give an immediately awesome first impression as you drive in, it is very quiet and the houses are all well kept with nicely manicured yards and decent looking cars. We heard no noise at all from neighboring houses. It was peaceful and pleasant. Also, the trees were just budding. I imagine the neighborhood will look and feel much different and even nicer once the trees are in full foliage. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was just perfect for what we needed . It was only a couple of miles from the Ark Encounter and a short drive to The Creation Museum.. The snacks provided was a pleasant bonus. The house was clean and the host was excellent to work with.. The only negative was the light going downstairs didn’t work but the host will be taking care of that. I highly recommend this place.

Place was PERFECT!!
This house as soon as I walked in I could feel the coziness and warmth of the house. There was a quite unpleasant odor but it didn’t bother us. Other than the odor, the house was clean and very organized! Also, snacks were provided to us in the kitchen which was very thoughtful of the owner. We slept very good since the neighborhood is very quiet. I definitely recommend this place 100%!!!!

Roxana, Thank you for your review! I’m sorry you didn’t care for the lavender scent. Many previous guests have asked me how I do it so they can have it in their own home, but I certainly understand that it might not be for everyone! This was a great place for our family of seven to visit the ark encounter. Well stocked with linens, coffee, and a big backyard for the kids to spread out in. The town of Dry Ridge had a lot of good restaurant choices..Highly recommend.

Classic, Clean, and Convenient
Perfect location for our visit to Creation and Ark! Super quiet street, nice clean simple rooms, and fantastic “extra” amenities. Even had to use Conrad tires right down the street and they were so very nice and helpful. Felt very safe in this quaint neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting the ark/creation! The kitchen had everything you may need as we cooked dinner every night. Will be recommending this location to my friends who are traveling there!
