When we got there the rooms were nothing like they said. There was not even enough beds . Great location .. But poor accommodation.

Świetna lokalizacja, apartament 500 m od rynku. Dostaliśmy większy apartament niż zarezerwowaliśmy (dwupoziomowy), cena bardzo przystępna. Jednak łazienki były brudne, w jednej wciąż odpadał kurek od umywalki, więc nie było ciepłej wody. Nie działał internet. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona.

Tolle Lage

Appartment war riesig, aber alt. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Marktplatz, wo rund um die Uhr was los ist. Nichts für lärmempfindliche Gäste. Man kann aber super Party machen. Die Möblierung ist alt und spärlich. Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Parkplätze gibt es keine. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen.

a historic building on square

This apartment is located on the main square in oldtown and the reception is just a minute away(the other side of the square). We can manage to park our car at the backyard of the reception. The apartment is on one of the historic old buildings on the square and the room was spacious(can be cleaner a bit).

PERFECT LOCATION RIGH IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTING... BUT TOO SUPER SUPER NOISY!!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN HEAR THE RESTAURANTS DOWN ACTIVITY UNTIL EARLY AM HOURS... NOT ANY GOOD.

Hôtel en centre ville - emplacement idéal!

Nous y sommes resté deux nuits (famille avec 3 enfants): le rapport qualité / prix est idéal/ nous étions dans un deux pièces (une chambre, une salle de séjour, une cuisine, un WC séparé, une salle de bain). C'était propre. Possibilité de cuisiner dans la cuisine. L'hôtel donne sur la place principale de Wroclaw. En voiture : demander aux responsables de l'hôtel , il est possible de se garer gratuitement (nuit ET JOUR!) dans une cour qui est de l'autre coté de la place - appréciable en centre-ville car les policiers polonais mettent des sabots sur les roues quand on est mal garé opu que l'on a pas payé son stationnement (attention, ils ne rigolent pas, il faut payer pour faire enlever le sabot - j'ai testé!!!)

Look elsewhere

So here is the deal with this place, its not very good. There is a reason its cheap and its because of this: 1) Internet did not work, 2) Shower was broken 3) Room was not same as the pictures 3) No reception, just a security guy 4) Loud neighbors (but tolerable) and the clutch 5) Worm type creatures in the toliet. Oh and 6) The Front door had previously been broken down and was rebuilt, pretty sketchy. So honestly, look elsewhere. Its a good location, but thats about it. You've been warned!! :)

Old apartment in the city

The location is good, close to rynek street but the apartment is too old and it is not what I expect from their advertisement on expedia website. Apartment is dirty and facilities are very old.. Lots of broken things such as window and door lock. The price is cheap but they should tell the truth about their room. Pictures on website are not the room I got. Staff is not helpful.

- leider war das Appartement trotz Rauchverbots verraucht; WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und das Appartement war relativ heruntergekokmmen

Perfekt beliggenhet

Vi var 2 par med hver vår leilighet. Dårlig rengjøring av bestikk, kopper og kar, så dette benyttet vi ikke oss av selv om det var oppvaskmaskin i den ene leiligheten. Fantes ikke noen representant for hotellet, men måtte ut og oppsøke et kontor på andre siden av torvet., ca 500-600 m.

Lige i hjertet af byen

Lejligheden lå lige i hjertet af byen med direkte udgang til pladsen og gågaderne i Rynek. Kontoret ligger også i Rynek og lejligheden lå blot et par 100 meter derfra. Super moderne indrettet lejlighed uden larm. Vi var af sted som familie og det passede os rigtigt god med en lejlighed med stue og sofaer i stedet for et tætpakket hotelværelse og så samtidig til en god pris. Helt klart en anbefaling værd.

まず第一に注意いただきたいのは、ここはいわゆるホテルではなく、サービスアパートメントです。従って、宿泊の場所にサービスは期待できません。マンションの一室を日割りで借りるようなものです。 最初に鍵と注意事項を確認しに、この部屋の管理事務所まで行きます。ここは宿泊場所から離れているので、注意が必要です。管理事務所はいささか見つかりづらいところにあります。注意事項の説明と会計はすべて英語で行われるので、英語に不安がある人には向いていないと思います。ただし、出張などで利用される際に、現地の支店の人などに助けてもらえる場合は、この限りではありません。 部屋は1LDKといったところで、数日滞在するにはとても広く十分です。冬に滞在しましたが、部屋の暖房もばっちりでした。 部屋には洗濯機、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、TV、コンポといろいろそろっていますが、私が滞在したところの電子レンジは、電源が合わず、あるだけで使えませんでした。洗濯機は使わなかったのでわかりません。冷蔵庫は使えました。他に、洗面所、トイレ、シャワールーム、バスタブが一緒になった、5畳程度の部屋があります。バスタブにジャグジーがついていそうだったのですが、どのボタンを押してもまったく反応なしでした。部屋全体のつくりはよいのですが、細かいところまで見ると、施工が雑で、ドアもいまいち閉まりが悪いようなところもありました。 該当の部屋がわかりづらいかもしれません。また、門を入ってもすごい暗いので、若干怖いと感じるかもしれません。鍵が複雑で最初開けられないかもしれません。ある時間を過ぎると門が閉まるので、門の開け方を事前に聞いておいた方がいいでしょう。 総合して日本人向けではありませんが、一日の値段も安く、スクエアまで近いですし、好きなように料理などもできるようになっていますので、長期滞在してヴロツワフ周辺を観光したり、また出張で滞在する場合などは満足できると思います。
