Firstly, if you manage to find the hotel without aimlessly wandering for an hour first, well done! It is incredibly difficult to find and actually isn't called If You Are Here, it is called TOWO. The taxi (and a few people off the street) weren't able to find it using either the English address or the Chinese translation given by hotels.com. After searching the backstreets for a while, we finally stumbled across a different B&B, whose owner spoke English. They were very helpful and tried calling the hotel for us using the number provided - which is incorrect. They Googled a different number and luckily, got through to the owner of TOWO. They arranged for the owner to meet us in an obvious location so that we could get to the hotel (down a few random staircases and back alleyways). Be prepared to carry your bags - there is no road anywhere near the hotel.
A second thing to note - there are no toilets in the rooms in this hotel, just holes in the ground...
On a positive note though, the beds were comfy and the hotel is located right in the heart of Fenghuang's Old Town.
