I had an amazing room with one wall completely windows looking out to the Bosphorus. The view was incredible. The room was large. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a shower and a tub. Everything was clean, updated and beautiful. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. The gentleman who I believe was their supervisor, greeted me by name in the hallway. The front desk staff and breakfast room staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. I hate to ruin a great review because of a few negative employees so I’ll just say the lobby bar area staff need to take lessons from everyone else on how to treat guests. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.
