Hotel muy céntrico. Con un personal atento, con una clientela que es mayoritariamente armenios de la diáspora. Se podrían mejorar aspectos como el café, colchones un poco blandos, mini-bares que quizás no enfrían lo suficiente, son detallitos, pero nada importante. Se nota que se van actualizando poco a poco, y eso es bueno. Lo recomiendo

昔ながらの東欧を感じました。サービスは素晴らしい。
ホテルは簡素、且つ清潔でした。立地は共和国広場の裏にあり、徒歩2分で広場、地下鉄駅、Vernissage市場のそれぞれに繋がる最高の場所でした。朝食の時間が7:30からと少し遅く、ツアー並びに帰国のフライトに間に合わないことを伝えると、特別にサンドイッチを作ってくれました。

Great stay with a question mark
The hotel from most points of view is great. However the stuff should have more authority and freedom for generosity. I arrived at 7am ; asking for coffee from breakfast room created a problem while next day was promised box breakfast for an early trip , which was forgotten —> I missed their wonderful breakfast although I paid for it . Reception should be more flexible; public relations are more important than one breakfast.

Fine hotel, well located in the city center. staff extremely nice, really appreciated. Hotel is fine, furnitures and state is wear out. “Hotel sans pretention” fulfilling what it has to.

Zentraler geht es kaum. Das Hotel braucht eine Renovierung, aber bei dem Preis und der Lage (ordentlich sauber war es auch) kann man kaum meckern. Allein wegen der Lage würde ich wieder kommen.

Pros: - it's cheap; good for one night Cons: - this does not look like a 4* hotel, realistically this is 3*; a true 4* hotel is right next door and is called Tufenkyan - there is construction site right outside, which you can clearly hear in the hotel

The rooms need to be cleaned/serviced better on a daily basis. Mattress is not bad, but it can be updated. Staff at the counter are ALL unbelievably nice and courteous especially Nelly.

Un piacevole soggiorno a due passi dal centro città. La colazione niente di entusiasmante ma comunque apprezzabile, il punto di forza la gentilezza e simpatia del personale, sempre pronto a dare suggerimenti e informazioni. La stanza calda (viste le temperature esterne in inverno) e accogliente, spaziosa e con tutto ciò che serve (compreso bollitore per farsi il te). Anche il bagno di dimensioni congrue. Accesso ai piani superiori con ascensore o scale, disponibile un bar e una postazione PC nella hall. Letteralmente a 5 minuti dal centro città e alla zona dei ristoranti. Ottima scelta e rapporto qualità/prezzo superiore.

High quality staff, location, experience and more.
I found this to a charming hotel with an excellent location. The staff made me feel like home. They were attentive and remembered my name. I felt at home here. The breakfast room is bright and spacious with a simple and delicious selection of lite breakfast items. The rooms and hotel are clean and well kept. It’s a welcoming experience to stay at Europe Hotel. I will recommend it to all my friends visiting Yerevan.

You remembered it almost 3 week later when your case was already closed . Yes I would stay in Europe Hotel again
The staff were very helpful. We stayed during the Western New Year and Orthodox Christmas, two museums we visited in that period were closed, if would have helped if the front desk knew, as they ordered the taxis for us. We could not fault anything except, there were no English TV channels (after touring all day sometimes it is nice to relax in front of TV) and the policy of the Hotel is to give free bottles of water, coffee, tea, sugar and milk only on the first day of your stay. Breakfast is very varied and very good.
