Zero flexibility to check in and check out, we asked for the possibility of check in early because we bring a little baby and no chance, and we asked for a little delay (one hour after 11:00 am) at checkout for going ski and no way.

Lo que esperaba
Todo fue correcto, excepto el primer que desayunamos. Eran las 7:45 y sólo había una chica parar atender el salón y no daba abasto, tuvimos que prepararnos la mesa nosotros y pedirla que nos repusiera el zumo de naranja y la ensalada de frutas. No me quiero ni imaginar cómo hubiera sido si hubiésemos bajado más tarde.... El siguiente día no había nadie y todo fue correcto.

Excelente servicio y bastante céntrico. Sólo hay que subir unos 200mts y se hace tedioso cuando vas a pie con las maletas. Pero igualmente hay un servicio de taxi desde la estación de trenes

Todo perfecto. Bien situado en el centro del pueblo. Habitaciones nuevas y baños recien reformados. Excelentemente bien limpio. Le falla la recepcion. ( pequeña y sin ningun lugar para tomarte algo despues de un dia de esqui ) Por lo demas muy recomendable.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!
Best hotel in Zermatt, Switzerland. Better than expected! We arrived very late because of a train connection but everything was in place: key, room comfortable bed, toiletries and plenty for a tasty breakfast. We'll come back for sure.

I was bitten by bed bugs. Management was advised and they have not responded as they should. On the surface, it is a nice hotel, but bed bugs are a problem

For the price and a one night stay it is very doable. Rooms are tiny and the stairs are scary but there is a small elevator which helps a lot! Breakfast very limited but does the job to start the day!

Nice hotel with an exceptional location in Zermatt. The room was extremely basic, with hardly any room to walk between the beds, but beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good, although limited in options.

The rooftop terrace is open 24hr and offers a nice view of Matterhorn when it's not cloudy. Breakfast was great! Furniture was a bit older but very rustic. Luggage storage is convenient. Prepare to drag your luggages uphill or through cobble stone streets

The place is perfect for seeing Zermatt if you don’t plan to spend a ton of time in your hotel room. Room was clean and big enough to live in for one or two people. The biggest downside was the major construction happening right in front of the rooftop view of the Matterhorn which was not advertised in the booking.

Considering the cost of most hotels in this area, Le Petit was a good value. It is an older hotel, and the elevator is extremely tiny. The hill to walk up to get to the hotel is fairly steep, and one member of our family had some difficulty getting up the hill. The room is very small and could use renovation. The staff was excellent in explaining the facilities and where to go for the best views in town. Breakfast was good. Overall, a very good value and we enjoyed our stay.

清潔でお部屋も広く、スタッフの方も親切でした。朝食も豊富で美味しかったです。難点といえば、ホテルまでの坂がスーツケースでの滞在だった為きつかった。総合的には満足いくものでした。

It’s an inexpensive choice and the rooms are clean. There is a school nearby - hope you like waking up early! Also, the bed was a bit uncomfortable. First thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of sewer gas.

The hotel was clean and very walkable. If the clouds were more accommodating you can see the top of the Matterhorn on the roof deck. This was a very comfortable hotel and the service was fantastic.

I loved the included breakfast - in a town like Zermatt, everything is expensive! Having a consistently delicious breakfast with bottomless coffee made the trip great. Also, the rooftop patio was wonderful in the evenings- glancing at the Matterhorn, planning a hike up to the Adelweiss cafe 1000 feet up, sipping wine (a free glass if you didn’t need housekeeping!) in the waning sunlight- it was great.

A great little hotel with excellent value
A great little hotel, comfortable, good value and well located in the quieter part of town but only a few mins walk from everywhere. Nice modern bathrooms and a lovely included breakfast, we even had a view of the Matterhorn from our room, just! The open roof terrace is a great place to relax and there is a beer vending machine and free hot water in reception for making drinks. The staff are all lovely, kind and cheerful, highly recommended for a good value option in beautiful but otherwise expensive Zermatt! Recommended!
