The room was adorable. View was great, and I really enjoyed the firework at the theme park.

房間的免費水係比人開過的，沖涼房吾去水，叫左人修理但冇整到！

海洋王国に行くなら泊まるべき！
海洋王国に行くために前泊しました。他には何にもない場所なのでそれ以外の目的にはオススメしません。 海洋王国まで徒歩5分弱。 チェックインは待ち時間、対応ともに最低レベルでしたが、それ以外のスタッフは皆さんにこやかで気持ちよかったです！派手派手なホテルでしたが、現実から隔離されるようである意味良かった！また行く機会があれば次はペンギンホテルにしてみようかな〜

No recommend this hotel, 不推薦。
房間無小型冰箱。 酒店稱所有開瓶器已外借，未能提供。 房間毛巾有頭髮。 自已已訂車，同Bell boy講，但他們話不用預先通知，但最終他又不准車到酒店門口。 不單無服務，相反令人困擾的服務。

A day at Chimelong Circus Hotel
Convenient site with public transport system. Have to collect coupons from different counters. Breakfast is good, except tea. Wide choice of food in dinner menu and price reasonable. Walking distance to Ocean Kingdom with sheltered walkway. Neat and tidy. However, no fridge in room! Good view from room. Can watch fireworks at nighttime, though better watch inside park.

酒店位置ok
Walkable distance to Ocean Kingdom and ok to go back to hotel for a rest in the afternoon if needed. Though on sunny day with high humidity, bringing umbrella and handheld fan are good ideas, On the day we stayed, the hotel is not fully occupied so the night is quiet and overall, pleasant to stay.

服务一流，还免费升级到更好的房间，这让我很惊喜。第三晚不知为何房间有种怪味，要求换房，也很顺利换到同级的房间。尤其是礼宾部的服务员，个个态度很礼貌，耐心回答，非常感谢他们的协助，让我在淘宝上网购的东西都能顺利在酒店接收。非常赞的酒店，又靠近马戏团很方便。一定会介绍朋友住马戏酒店！

Nice choice for family with kids~
Problem happened during check-in. My name cannot be found and finally I found the name was wrongly input in hotel system and that is not synchronized with my input in hotels.com. That is somehow a frustration. However, the room is pretty good overall and that is very suitable for kids. The bathroom facility is not maintained well as the bath sewage was blocked but hotel staff react quickly once I called front desk. Check-out service was quick as well.

Great staff, very helpful
We had a situation with our little boy, he had high fever and in the middle of the night hotel staff helped us to go to hospital downtown and translated everything for us. They helped us a lot and we could never be thankful enough for everything they've done for us. We would always highly recommend this hotel, since except this emergency situation, everything else was great!
