“Location was amazing ”

“Unit was nice and clean upon arrival and parking is great. Beds are extremely comfortable and kitchen has pretty much everything you might need for a short vacation. Took a while to figure out the tv and as far as I can tell there is no WiFi for the unit. One odd thing is alot of the plugs in the unit don’t accommodate standard cords like phone chargers and hairdryer. And as documented on other feedback you hear every step the folks in the unit above make.”

“Wonderful host and property. A private guest house above the garage. Owner has his own vineyard on property. A beautiful location that is west facing for California sunsets. Conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood nearby all types of exploration opportunities. ”

“The Lincoln Street Cottage is exactly what you see on the site EXCEPT better! It’s immaculate, simple and soooo cute! “This was a perfect romantic get-away. The outside deck was wonderful for enjoying our morning coffee, as well as our evening wine. Being able to see and hear the ocean from our room was so relaxing. The location was perfect for visiting many of the local restaurants and we also appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was for us to prepare meals also. “Was a great home base for my friends and I while we spent time in our old college town. The jacuzzi on the back deck was a wonderful nighttime hang. The house felt like staying at a family members home. Had everything we needed. Leslie also left us some welcome treats of local goodies.”
