"I was absolutely amazed by the amenities at the Red Lion Inn! The full kitchen and bath made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient, just like having our own little home base. The location is perfect—right on the Galloping Goose Trail, so we could step out and enjoy beautiful walks whenever we wanted. The cleanliness throughout the property was spotless and impressive. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Their helpfulness and kindness were next-level. When my wife had a headache, I asked the front desk for some Advil, and they were so kind and helpful—they gave me some right away with a warm smile. The staff are absolutely phenomenal! This place is truly the gem of Victoria. We loved every minute and will definitely be back!"

"While the stay was relatively pleasant, in a number of places online there was mention of Bed & Breakfast. Although there is a microwave, small fridge, washer and dryer, there is no breakfast. The room is very small, cluttered and cramped with little space for storing luggage and other belongings. The private entrance and patio were lovely features."

"Most importantly, Jolene was overall an excellent host. Prompt message responses were helpful for quick Q&As. Jolene was very accommodating to our needs, both before and during the stay. The location / neighbourhood was excellent and quite accessible to various places in Victoria, so we had no hard time in that. Big driveway made parking very simple. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and tidy the home was. As a family with two young children, we stay keen on the cleanliness of whichever place we stay. And Jolene's place was spotless. Besides that, we wholesomely enjoyed two comfortable beds, well-functioning in-house washer & dryer, serene nights, and spacious living room during our 1-week stay. Thank you very much Jolene, for your excellence. Blessings, and wish you all the best!"

All the facilities we needed and the added bonus of an array of breakfast items which meant we didn't need to rush out for groceries as soon as we arrived.
