The staff was amazing and so helpful. We upgraded to the new tower and loved the view and the size of the room. The pool area was always clean and well supplied. The food was fresh and fast when we ordered at the pool area.

The pool was great!, We ended up upgrading to an oceanfront room that was the furthest room from the lobby. This made the walk from one end to the other quite long. If you wanted to sit by the pool, you had to be out at 7:30 in the morning to mark your chair with the flags provided to you by the facility. Trying to get beach chairs and poolside chairs was very difficult. People would mark the chairs at 7:30 in the morning and wouldn’t even come use them till ...

Hotel , pool and beaches lovely!! Clean, breakfast very good. Coffee shop great . Walking distance to everything!! Only problem is never enough people at front desk. And don’t face north side of sea tower towards the moomba bar! Very noisy at night.
