  • This newly renovated, centrally-located, lower level duplex is walking distance to downtown Maryville. It is also only a few minutes drive from McGhee Tyson Airport (Knoxville airport), while also being close to Knoxville, The Great Smoky Mountains, Gatlinburg, & Pigeon Forge.

    There is a queen bed and futon in the spacious bedroom as well as an inflatable mattress that can be set up, upon request.

    Whether you are here for business or pleasure, we would love for you to be our guest!

    Chic, modern, open floor plan, with plenty of parking. Great for the professional here on business as well as families here for vacation. Five minute walk away from numerous restaurants, grocery stores, downtown Maryville, and our beautiful greenway. Also only a short drive away from the Great Smoky Mountains.

    We do not live on site, but we do live in the neighborhood. If you should happen to need something, you can always text us and we`ll be happy to help answer any questions you may have.

The ownerts were awesome to work with, the property was comfortable and clean when we arrived. We had no issue or problems with anything which isn't always the way it works out with airbnab's. We were close to restaruants, parks and was actually pretty quiet considering we were close to a main street. We'd definitly stay here again and since my kids live here, we will!

Nice, clean, easy communication with the host and described accurately. Being a pet friendly rental, there was no hair on the furniture and there wasn’t a pet or urine smell. We travel with a small, non-shedding blind schnauzer and we appreciated the cleanliness of the rental as our dog hates nasty smells and so do we. Rental was close enough to walk to Peaceful Side Brewery, Walnut Kitchen and Foothills Mining but due to a foot injury, we used Lyft which was very easy, affordable and put us only 2-3 minute drive (If that long) from these three wonderful places. We would rent again and recommend. One thing to note, there is no stairs to climb and safety bars in the bathroom for older renters or for anyone needing assistance.

Friends and family visit

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and had all we needed for a short stay. Located close to everything made getting around easy. Would recommend and hope to stay again

Great little find in Maryville! Close to The Shed!

Our family visited Maryville for a concert weekend at The Shed. This place was perfect for our family of 4 and close to everywhere we went.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is nicely furnished and decorated. It is surprisingly roomy with plenty of space for working and relaxing. The host was great. Overall. I would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area.

Excellent spot

My husband and I visited Maryville for a conference and this rental was in the perfect location, reasonably priced and absolutely lovely. The hosts have done a wonderful job on the apartment and were very accommodating! Will definitely stay again.

It was a nice clean cute little place to stay and the owners were so nice and helpful too, even when I had to call them at 1:30am when we got there! I highly recommend!!!

Great place!

The newly renovated place is perfect. We had a great stay while we tour the surrounding areas. The host was great. This place will be on our radar next time we travel to this area.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Being right in the city it was very convenient to things we were there to do. The traffic was a little loud, but using the rainfall sleep app on my phone took care of that and the bed was very comfortable for a great nights sleep.

Pictures are exactly how property is. Probably the most complete VRBO we have ever stayed at. Everything you needed was there and everything is updated and gorgeous! Would recommend to anyone staying in that area!

Maryville Getaway

Wow what an amazing host. Responded quickly to questions, The rental was beautiful, great location from the wedding venue we were visiting. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen supplies and the bathroom was very roomy. Bed and sleeping supplies were very comfortable. Loved everything about this place. Great host.

Quick weekend trip for UT family weekend

We came in to visit our daughter who’s attending UT and it was perfect for a weekend visit. It was close enough to easily get to her yet allowed us to be away from the beaten path. Thanks for accommodating our dogs!

Great little apartment in beautiful Maryville

Dropped our kids off at a nearby summer camp and my wife and I stayed local to explore the town. The apartment was clean and perfectly set up for us. I highly recommend.

Great Stay in the Heart of Maryville

This is a great spot to stay if you want something easy to get in/out of in the heart of Maryville! A short walk to downtown or the Greenbelt. Tons of restaurants nearby. The space is really clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short or long-term stay.
