“Amazing views and an amazing space. Huge and comfortable home with all the amenities, close to the best spa in Iceland and the beautiful city of Akureyri. Owner was very responsive and accommodating and hot tub was an added luxury that was well appreciated. Overall an excellent stay, very highly recommend for any kind of weather or adventure.”

“This was one of the most anticipated stops along our road trip. We were only able to stay one night due to availability but we would have loved to stay longer. The place was very quiet, peaceful and romantic. The space was mindfully designed and very visually appealing. I can tell the owner out a lot of thought into the interior design. The heated floors + heated towel rack made the place even more cozy. We enjoyed the stars in the jacuzzi but unfortunately didn’t see the northern lights...

“This was our first trip to Iceland and this property was our first lodging out of four. Stayed two nights and everything was as close to perfect as it could be. After our trip, everyone in my party agreed that this unit was the nicest place we stayed at! The hosts are nearby and attentive to any needs you may have. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to do so.”

“Great location! You can get on the highway quickly and getting to the centre is no problem. Lots of room for everyone. Not at all flexible on check-in/check-out times, which was stressful as we were a group of people with different flight times, but overall, it was a good place to stay.”

Surprise was that Ursula left basics and more in the fridge to help since we hadn't bought groceries yet Great location about 30 minutes from downtown Reykjavik. Quiet neighborhood and we even saw the northern lights from the back patio! Would not hesitate to book again!”

( Que diferencia con España, cuando alquilas algo en la playa, q cuesta un paston, y t encuentras la nevera amarillenta de 20 años que el dueño retiro de su casa de la ciudad, el tv viejo y un colchón imposible)”

“My family had a fantastic time in Iceland and this house was in the perfect location to catch tour busses and just out of the way enough to have a great view of the city. The house as clean and as described in the listing. The landlord was available for questions and provided information quickly. I would do it again!”
