“Nice quiet location, near the river Bollin, which some rooms have a nice view of. Great food and friendly service. Quite an old building, in a rural location, so expect some creepy crawlies about in summer. Beds are quite soft.”

“The landlord was very friendly,when he realised I was going to the Tower Ballroom he used his own car to give me a lift.The staff were very helpful.I intend to use it again.”

“We stayed at the cottage house which is outside the main building. It was very spacious and has an indoor jacuzzi tub which is why we booked it. The hot water is pre-heated, so it was just enough to fill the tub. There won’t be hot water after if you wanted a shower. Also, an important downside for us was the wifi signal is so weak that neither our phone nor laptops could pick any signal. Was a bit disappointed in that regard as the hotel is aware of the problem but made no effort to fix it....

“The Pelham lodge is an excellent hotel in every way. We always receive a lovely welcome, the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with thoughtful attention to detail. Tea/coffee/ water supplied along with toiletries, plenty of towels and storage space. The beds are very comfortable and bathroom facilities top class.
