Mucho que checar...
Al registrarnos los recepcionistas Cody y su compañero (no recuerdo su nombre) fueron muy amables y atentos, muy profesionales y accedieron a mi solicitud de cambio de habitación. Fue nuestra segunda estancia y quede un poco decepcionada. La habitación cómoda, bastante abastecida de suministros aunque la limpieza un poco deplorable, la tina y el sink del baño parece que sólo los enjuagan, ya que se ve el sarro de jabon incrustado, muebles y otros accesorios llenos de polvo, con un mal olor que tuvimos que poner aromatizantes. No nos fue posible conectar internet para poder ver plataformas externas como (Netflix ejemplo). Entiendo que las puertas tienen un modo de cerrarce pero todos los inquilinos a nuestro alrededor no tienen ni el más mínimo respeto para no dejar azotar la puerta, fue bastante molesto a cualquier hora; llámese 5a.m. ó 12:00 a.m. entiendo que es un lugar público pero así como tienen reglas para ciertas cosas deberían poner sobre aviso a cada husped, ya que la estancia debería ser mas cómoda y relajada. No quiero sonar odiosa, pero me e hospedado en otros lugares donde tienen como regla que entre las 10p.m y las 7a.m se debe guardar silencio por respeto a los inquilinos. Espero se tome en cuenta mi opinión.

Very nice property, resort-like, clean, and well kept. The parking behind some buildings looks a bit shady,but other than that, I would go back anytime.

The property had a nice location in Oak Creek but needed updating. Also did not include breakfast which most hotels have. Did like the studio room and king bed

Needs a bit of an update sofa worn out, could barely get out of it. Rooms need a paint job. And definitely different coffee, 2 packs to 8 cups water and still tastes like hot water!!! Ugh

Is a good hotel for the location but services , staff are not friendly , really bad reception for internet or phone call, and also you need to buy the annual pass or week pass if you want to entering and leaving the village all the time. not breakfast included expensive the area, just a excellent review for the restaurant called Steakhouse Saloon .
