“The location was great - right next to the Beach House restaurant and Lawai Beach- our favorite spot to snorkel. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise in the morning and joining the other folks on the lawn for sunset. The beach chairs and cooler were great. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was a bit soft but we slept fine. The breeze from the windows was lovely but having AC was nice at night. Would definitely stay again”

“Very nice condo, clean, comfortable and It had everything we needed (good kitchen, beach and snorkeling gear..) I specially liked to see the trees and views from the balcony as well as the neighbourhood overall. There is a small beach 5-10 mins walk where you can do snorkeling and see some coral and turtles. Things to keep in mind: -the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep. -the parking spot is shared with the condo un front.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful time at West's studio in Princeville! We were on the island for a week, and this was the perfect spot for a couple. The studio was very clean and well stocked for a week at the beach. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, noodles, umbrella, and coolers West has for guests to use. “Janet was very communicative and accommodating (she let us check in a bit early!). The condo is just as listed and described: not a lot of bells and whistles, but it had everything you needed as a home base. We appreciated the fan, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast on the lanai. Parking wasn’t too bad (permit was provided), and it was easy to get around - very close to a Foodland as well as other eats.”

“Very nice 2 bedroom condo, the most completely kitchen-equipped than we've had. Note that this was an end unit, second floor, with one a partial view of the ocean, but plenty of deck space. ”

“Our stay was memorable for the parents, kids and grandma. The kids loved gecko hunting and the pool. Grandma enjoyed watching the waves on the lanai and seeing the weather come through while enjoying the constant breeze. And there is nothing better than grilling with the sound of waves while being able to watch the kids swim. The condo is centrally located and made it easy to explore the island and chase the sun on beach days. Great condo, good times.”

“Beautiful view. Cozy, well stocked, nicely decorated, clean condo. Great location in the middle of the island so not to far to visit the North or South island. Very comfortable bed. Laundry room (coin operated) a short walk from condo. Beautiful grounds and really nice and private beach. Would recommend and plan to stay again in future visit. Great communication with owners.”

“Repairs need to be done. Tighten kitchen sink faucet. 2 bathroom you should not have to hold handle to flush toilet. 2 bedroom the dimmer switch was broken. The floor was not clean. I do not no how long it had been since someone cleaned under bed in master bedroom. The cabinet that the trash was in was very loose so my husband tightened that so it did not break. It was a wonderful time with family. I did think three bedrooms that each room had its own bathroom and one did not. Overall great time...

“This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.”

Two bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, one and a half baths including a full size washer and dryer; and great living room area with two couches and 4 barstools - plenty of room to spread out. It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! “This beautiful property exceeded all expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable, and included snorkeling equipment and beach gear. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super helpful. The pool was the highlight for my kids- they haven’t stopped talking about it. Location is great- we spent time in Kapa’a where there are many food options and also drove to the North shore and Waimea as well- easy trips in both directions. I highly recommend this place!”

“There isn't a ton to do around here and it was raining but the property itself is clean and cozy and if you were able to go hike it would be an awesome location to stay. It was too rainy for us to do much of anything but the property was great!”

“Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure.
