“Great relaxing, unfortunate extra heavy rain storm that resulted in a flooded basement that handled all the units WiFi and hot water…after approx 2 days all was restored great communication and recovery.”

“Very clean apartment in a very nice area of Kauai. It was a little far away from some activities but close nice beaches. There were beach item available for use which made the visit great. It was a little difficult to find in the dark, the host provided good instructions. The apartment was missing some items that had been in the listing, the host was responsive and helpful in mitigating the issue satisfactorily. Overall a nice clean apartment in a nice area.”

“Wonderful, lowkey place to stay on Kauai’s north shore. The host was very communicative and helpful. The previous concerns about mold were not an issue and the host has replaced the shower curtain. The hot tub, pool, and designed parking were a big plus. Would definitely stay here again in the future given the convenient location, proximity to beaches and retail, etc! ”

“We enjoyed our stay in Poipu. A quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. Many amenities were provided for inside and outside. This included a cooler, beach chairs and other beach equipment. Cam gave us a gift of chocolate covered macadamia nuts and left us some bananas from his property.”

“Wowsa!! Our whole condo overlooked the ocean. Natural white noise to fall asleep to! We saw whales, schools of dolphins, turtles and surfers just sitting on our balcony. Also witnessed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We will be back!!”

“Great location for golf, dining options access to Hanalei beach. Nice property host. MAKE SURE your condo comes with a "numbered" parking space near the unit. Mine came with a parking "permit" which are issued to guests of condo owners. Unfortunately, "Permitted" spaces stayed occupied with unpermitted vehicles - and the problem is not monitored. Parking lots are small for each building and we ended up having to park 3 to 5 lots further down the road every night because all the "Permitted"...

“This was a perfect place to land each day after hiking the Napali coast and snorkeling in the warm, clear waters of Anini Beach and Hideways Beach. The condo had exactly what I needed: a comfortable bed on the main floor, kitchen to prepare healthy meals, reliable Wi-Fi and walking paths to everything from the Princeville Farmer’s Market and Hideaway beach. Highly recommend purchasing the fresh catch of the day at the fish market in Hanalei. Same fish market has THE best sushi rolls. SO many...

“We stayed 3 nights in this Princeville condo in April; it was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all we needed, washer/dryer very handy. Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. Highly recommend!”

We had an extremely rainy trip with only one and a half nice days of weather & still wish we stayed for our entire 17 day trip to Hawaii (our weather on the other islands was perfect). “The location is amazing and conveniently located. When we walked into the unit we could immediately hear the waves crashing. Each morning and evening we enjoyed the views from lanai. The unit was a good size for 2 people, but some of the furniture was “tired” and uncomfortable. It also would have been nice if the bedroom had a small tv for the option to wind down and relax in the bedroom.”

“We stayed for two weeks at this Manualoha rental in the Poipu area. We enjoyed the 7 to 10 minute walk to the busy beautiful beaches. We enjoyed returning to the solitude of the pool which can only be entered by Manualoha guests that have the entry key. Sometimes we were the only people at the pool! The home was very comfortable and the large lanai was a beautiful place to relax. The master bedroom with large closet and shower was a bonus. Some of the appliances are showing their age but still...

“There isn't a ton to do around here and it was raining but the property itself is clean and cozy and if you were able to go hike it would be an awesome location to stay. It was too rainy for us to do much of anything but the property was great!”

“Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. The room itself needs air freshener. No beach towels, they supply only bath towels 1/person no extras. You have to exchange if you want new ones. Low quality paper towels,...
