“Cleanest hotel room I've ever been in.”

“Our room facing the woods with private hot tub was wonderful. It was quiet, spacious, clean and beautiful. The hotel was clean and had new furnishings that gave it a more modern appearance. Some of the hotel felt dated but over all it was a nice hotel. The restaurant had a limited menu and full bar. We ate there twice over our long weekend and the food was delicious and the service staff were friendly. We will stay here again for sure. ”

“Enjoyed the hot tub the most. Room was small but expected in a historic building. Room was clean and modern. Loved the shower head…so much we bought one on-line. Loved all the local shops within walking distance of the hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Not disappointed. ”

“Nicely remodeled rooms , great forest view with the sound of river , jacuzzi is great. Very relaxing and beautiful. Nice addition now that the room has a microwave. We enjoyed it a lot. ”

“Starting with the staff, what a wonderful person checking us in. She was smart, friendly, and remembered us from our last visit. Check in was fast, and we where given a wifi password. She explained the new breakfast time and service. They make everything to order now. The room was as always, clean and the heater was turned on so the room was cozy. As an early riser, the loby had fresh hot coffee and tea available. The friendly staff member offered an early breakfast if i wanted it now. Great...

“The motel is nice, clean and the staff is very nice. The location is not so great since it is across the street from a truck stop. You are about 100 yards from the river but can't see it due to the truck stop. The motel is a good stop off place if you are driving.”

“The trails close by are perfct to go on with my kids. They can be kind of steep so be prepared to carry the little ones at times. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to cook. Its a small and cozy lodge with plenty of space for large groups. The Tavern has some really good dining options with friendly staff. ”
