Not responsive when needed

The unit was clean and cozy but we ran into one major parking/service issue: Missing parking permit - since the immediate requires a parking permit (they tow cars), we needed a parking permit. When we didn't find any in the unit, we contacted the service that manages the unit. We were told to "look again" and when we informed them that the permits were not there, we were told to wait. Only after 2 hours (while we stood watch to make sure we didn't get towed) did we finally get someone to give us a combination to a lock box inside the unit to get the permits.

The unit was clean, cozy and right next to the parking area (which is great since we had kids and a bunch of bags/groceries). The heater was good, kitchen appliances were new and clean and we had everything we needed in the condo. It's a great unit!

I BR is NOT in the center of Northstar

This is a few blocks from the village, although you can ski down to the gondola. The condo is very small and dark, somewhat like a cave. The pilot light was off on the fireplace and they never came to light it so for the 5 days we were there we could not use it. We asked for a second parking pass but they never brought it. The location of the condo is the best feature.
