“The hotel rooms were a good size, very clean, well serviced, but quality of the sheets was not good, as on the five nights that we did stay overall on our holiday, we found holes in the bottom sheet on two occasions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was no problem for them to address any concerns, they acted immediately to remedy situations. “A valorar en positivo que se encuentra en pleno centro de Arusha y que pese a ello está bastante bien insonorizado. Las mosquiteras pueden ser necesarias de noche ya que las habitaciones no están bien aisladas. A destacar en negativo que no fue posible ducharse con agua caliente; la solución a este problema fue ducharse con un cubo de agua caliente. El desayuno incluido es aceptable teniendo en cuenta el precio por habitación.”

“Vi ankommer til hotellet kl 19, her er meget ulækkert. Poolen så beskidt Og der flyder med døde dyr i den, så vandoverfladen næsten er dækket. “I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport”

“Property was exactly as pictured. Even better! The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were very accommodating. The owner was super sweet and made sure we were good. I utilized the rooftop bar, the pool and the laundry service. The property and rooms were very clean and comfortable! The food and drinks were good and the chef was nice! And our driver, Mike, was great! I would definitely recommend staying here and will be staying here again! ”
