“This was a great place to stop and spend the night before we continued on to our final destination in Canada. The hotel was very clean and the reception area was very inviting. We liked the walking path into town as well. My only complaint is that we asked for a recommendation for dinner and she directed us to a place that was about 10 minutes away. “EVERYONE SHOULD STAY HERE!!!! This is a fantastic resort and motel to stay at - great owners - property is very nice - sit outside and look at the Rainey River and CANADA! We had a small cabin - just like a retro-vacation cabin - had a little kitchen + Outdoor BBQ grill. Nice inside living area and 2 bedrooms - we had plenty of room and really enjoyed this cabin! And the PRICE - was FABULOUS - very value-friendly. We RECOMMEND this to everyone.”

“Diana and Ronan were the best hosts! Responded to messages immediately, great communication made everything easy! Went out of their way to accommodate our family. Amazing rental, beach chairs, coolers for beach, beach towels, ect., everything you need is provided. It made flying down much easier then driving. Great view of beach/ocean. Property has beautiful, huge pool. Best in Topsail! Amazing restaurant on property also! Thanks again for a great stay! We will be back again!”

“The house was very nice and clean. Appropriate supplies that are in good condition. The listing was quite elusive to the fact that the downstairs gets rented out as well. The garage is a shared entertainment area that is nice and spacious, we set up an air mattress in there. Nice yard. Owner was proficient with communications. The large laundry room was another area we set up an air mattress. The couch can be rearranged to a bed. ”

“Fridge, stove, microwave were all dirty. Fridge and cupboards contained opened packages of food, and expired items. Judging from the food and personnal items in the bedroom and bath It seems like some one actually lives there, but wasn’t home while we were there. Very creepy. No TV, no wifi. No security. Front door didn’t even have a door knob..”
