“We were pleased with the facilities. Plenty of space, attractive, clean. The only problem for us (adults over 80) was that there were more steps up to the cottage than the pictures indicated. That was a problem for my husband. From the pictures in the advertisement, we were assuming 2-4 steps at most. ”

“Beautiful well up kept home with a short walk to the beach. There is beach access ramp 3 minutes from the house. No hassle with parking. Everything you need from day to day is there as far as cooking utensils and home entertainment. Owner is courteous and promptly responds. ”

“We rented this home on Holden Beach because it was affordable and cute! Had plenty of room. Great upper balcony view and swings were relaxing! We walked to the beach everyday. Quiet neighbors and beautiful surroundings. Beds were comfortable. Only bad part was one bedroom smelled like smoke from previous smoker staying there in a non smoking home. Not owners fault. We will stay again. ”

“Excellent accommodations, host was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean when we arrived. Close walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, and shops. “This is not a complaint as I realize this is a new house. The elevator didn’t work when we arrived and the house had no hot water. I took care of both problems myself but you might want to Check before renting the house. The kitchen could also use more utensils and such. ”
