“Front desk extremely helpful. Arrived very early so our luggage was stored then delivered to our room once the troop was ready. We liked the design of the renovation. Many of the old features were left such as the iron windows, gorgeous brass front door. The interior wood panelling has been painted white which made the place bright and contemporary looking. We found the beds a bit too soft. Would appreciate some basic toiletries. ”

“Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),...

“My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. The floors, made of black polished concrete, were a constant source of frustration as stepping out of the shower inevitably resulted in blackened feet. I must commend...
