“Probably my favorite stay on our trip around the southern parts of Norway! The host was very welcoming and great to chat with in the morning, we had a great breakfast with homemade bread and spreads from some of the nearby local farmers. The room was clean and comfortable. All around a great stay I would love to go back to someday.”

“Saubere nette Anlage. Hütte war etwas Reparaturbedürftig, Terrassentreppe und Eingangstür. Die Schlafcouch war echt unbequem, aber für eine Nacht ok.
Gemeinschaftsküche war sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, könnte mir vorstellen bei Hochbetrieb etwas eng.”

“It’s important to remember it’s a hostel so the bathrooms are separate and walking distance outdoors. The rooms are clean and the staff is excellent and very helpful. We didn’t have time to eat dinner but the prices at the hostel are extremely reasonable compared to other restaurants so it’s worth eating there instead of other places. The breakfast is typical Scandinavian so think continental with yogurt, bread, fruit, lunchmeat and cheeses.”

“Not worth the money at all. Low standard! Lack of interest of the owner for keeping the hotel in an acceptable shape.”
