“Precio muy alto para lo que ofrece”

“Our clerk at check in was fantastic. We were in St Louis with a family member who had a medical appointment for early the next morning. Unfortunately when he reserved his room his appointment was for the following week and he failed to change the date the hotel was fully booked. She called around to find another accommodation with no luck. We were able to have him stay in our room with a roll away bed. It was a definite lifesaver and appreciated her willingness to go above and beyond. ”

“Tenía apartado la habitación a través de hoteles.com pero cuando llegué no me dejaron quedarme porque no me aceptaron una tarjeta que siempre uso supuestamente que no me la podían aceptar fue muy mal la experiencia perdí la habitación no me pude quedar allí”

“Me cancelaron mi estadía, manejamos 5 horas y nunca se comunicaron para dejarnos saber que avía un error en la tarjeta. Y llegando nos dijeron que no tenían más cuartos. Y mi niños ya venían súper cansado manejamos una hora más buscando cuarto, por qué todos estaban ocupados. ”

“We found the hotel convenient to the highway with an excellent breakfast. The Fenton Bar and Grill just down the road was a great experience on a Friday night with live music and homemade sauces for the chicken wing specialty.”
