“The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food.”

We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house. “The owner, Ms Veronica Hauschild, was very helpful & accommodating. Despite the fact that they didnt receive the Expedia booking in time, she still tried to accommodate me. Her sister-in-law was likewise very helpful. However, the property was far from the one advertised in Expedia - there was no wi-fi (which we badly needed), the mattresses were too thin & worn-out, no cable TV and water service was poor. We paid for rental of a house and got a shabby room instead.”
