“Everything was good.. the building does need some updating.. the sofa bed was somewhat beat up and the apartment could use some TLC..but it was clean ,no complaints there .. everything else was good for the price and location.. my family barely stayed in the apartment! We were out all day and just took showers, eat and sleep!!! The only issue which was not a big of a deal was the communication when checking in …way too many instructions but once I got in the apartment and got the keys the rest...

“Great Stay at Brisa del Mar We had a wonderful stay at Brisa del Mar. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. It was very convenient. If you’re looking for a great place to stay close to everything, I highly recommend Brisa del Mar. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. ”

“The property was nice it looked similar to the photos. With some wear and tear. The view from the balcony was amazing. As far as the location it's wonderful. You're not far from anything. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. We could absolutely get over the little things and make the most of our trip.
