“This place does not match its pictures, walls are thin, unit is old, property is tight and security will harass guests that go on the beach. I was literally assaulted by security and police came by to apologize to me. I left the property early and the hosts showed no empathy for the incident and refunded nothing.”

“Super nice place to stay at Isla Verde. Owner was super friendly and the place is clean,, a lot of space with included kitchen and wash/drying machine. Would consider again for sure.”

“El apartamento tiene la ubicación y vista perfecta literalmente es en la misma playa , mi familia y yo nos sentimos seguro y cómodo , el personal de edificio muy amable, la alberca muy buena y si anda con niños excelente y la comunicación con el anfitrión es 5 ⭐️ y tiene todo cerca en los alrededores Farmacias , supermercado , restaurante y todo lo que necesite. Definitivamente volveríamos. ”

“I absolutely loved my stay at this property! Everything was extremely clean, well-maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. The property owners were amazing and always responded quickly whenever I had a question or needed anything. The location was perfect and so close to everything, which made getting around super easy. One of my favorite parts was the beautiful beach view—it was even better in person! I had such a great experience staying here and would definitely recommend this property...

“Location is perfect, close to everything. Building is good and pool too. Apartment needs to be updated. Couple things was not working or in bad condition like the microwave and ceiling fan. Bedroom was ok, but the sleeping couch was in bad condition. Parking is close enough but expensive for a night and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot on the street. ”

“Room was very clean and the kitchen was very helpful as I like to cook. The beach was literally right behind the building. Staff was helpful with any issues I may have had. I would definitely stay there again! ”
