“My stay was lovely, the staff even let us check in early as the room was ready as we had a brunch. Everything was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and the hotel was lovely with a bar and outdoor area. Ordered a pizza from the bar and that was really nice. I would recommend a stay here and no doubt I will be returning.”

“Situated within picturesque scenery which instantly relaxes the visitor. The parking area was substantial with spaces very close to the accommodation. I had a lovely ground floor room with air conditioning which was required on such a warm, humid day. “Lovely setting..nice comfortable & good sized room. Food was very good, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.. My only complaint is the lack of a mirror close enough to a socket so you can dry your hair…most places don’t have one to be honest & as I’m only short I couldn’t see in the bathroom mirror to use that either. I was able to move the mirror on the door but was still 3 feet away from it. Wouldn’t make me not stay again.. The staff were all very good, smiley & efficient. ”

“I booked this back in September, they cancelled by email less than 48 hours before we were due to go, absolutely disgraceful, with no explanation or anything. We had to then try to find somewhere to accommodate 8 people in less than two days over an Easter break. I would advise against booking this..”

“OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved.
