“Our stay at Kona Bali Kai was very nice. The condo had a washer and dryer inside the unit, which was wonderful. The ocean view from the room was great. There was a pool and hot tub on site , which looked nice, but we never had a chance to try it out. The only thing that would have made it better would be an air conditioner.”

“The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! “Wonderful stay! The location is a short walk to many restaurants and shops. We loved spending time on the lanai, watching surfers in the morning and sunsets in the evening. We did experience an issue with the air conditioner, but the owners were responsive and made sure the issue was addressed as soon as possible. ”

“The house was absolutely amazing. All ten of us had plenty of space. The view was stunning. The only thing I can say that was misleading was the references to proximity to locations in Kailua- Kona in the listing. It turns out we much preferred it’s true location up the hill away from the bustle of town. It was so beautiful. I am glad it was not a short walk to Taco Bell as stated in the listing.”
