“I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. Especially love the marble accents in every corner of the interior. The buffet selection offers quite a variety of delicious options. I will definitely come back here on another occasion.”

“The most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. First room they gave me had blood stains all over the bed sheets. After having to wait half an hour for the owner to turn up and confirm there was indeed blood stains on the bed they moved me to a different room. Guess what? This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE....

“I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night. The aircon wasn't working so I messaged on Facebook messenger and got a reply to turn it off and turn it back on, which I'd already done. I think it was the staff that messaging.
