“I will commence by stating that this is not my first visit to The Mariner's. It is and will be my first choice for staying in Haverfordwest. So, clearly, i have stayed in a large number of their rooms. You have to know or remember that the building is historic having been in operation since 1625, so don't expext the rooms to be uniform in proportion. “Came for a weekend away. This is our 5/6th time here. Our room was fresh and nice carpet's and well presented plus lovely shower. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. We always go 2nd floor and Seaview. Just so lovely watching the world go by from the chair at the window. We always include a trip to the Italian restaurant at the same time. Will come again. Bonus onsite carparking. ”

“Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended. We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was scrummy. Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel. Would definitely recommend 😊”
