“The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. “This property is very isolated, so pack snacks and even some games. We stayed 4 nights, but 3 would’ve been more than enough. The snorkelling on Black Island was fantastic. “Chindonan is located in a remote place and I had no problem getting there after being picked up at the port from the ferry - 45 minute speedboat ride. I came here for the diving and it did not disappoint. The food at the restaurant was tasty and offered a variety, including for vegetarians. All units require many steps to get there so it’s not for those who don’t want or cannot walk distances and stairs. ”

“To reach the above island, we have to hire a boat from Coron Concepcion Port for peso 4,000. When we reached the island at 1pm, we have noticed that the island has been deserted and not a single soul, only 2 dogs around. We tried to reach the owner on his contact number but the number was no longer in used. It was lucky that the two boat men were with us all the way to the door steps, otherwise we would have been abandoned on this island with no other boat would pass by. We have asked nearby...

“Stayed three nights. Wifi never even once worked during our stay. The staff was polite but nothing really worked like it should and even ordering a couple of beers was sometimes too much to get right the first time. Luckily there is a great restaurant adjacent, Ann & Mike that has great food and excellent staff. Anyone staying at pierhouse I would recommend outsourcing all your dining and drinking needs to Ann & Mike, even the prices were considerable lower there.”
