“This cute little condo was perfect for our four day visit to Phoenix. It was close to Safeway and Starbucks, as well as several highways we used to get around. We did a lot of visiting so didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub. The bed was a little hard for me but I’m like the Princess and the Pea. There could have been more hand towels- there was only one. Otherwise, a great place to stay.”

“We stayed at this property for a weekend. The home was clean, well laid out and very accommodating. The owner answered all my questions quickly and even returned an item we accidentally left in the home. We didn’t use the pool because it rained all weekend but had a great time playing board games indoors with family. I would definately stay here again!”

“Give Jared at the front desk a raise!! Overall wonderful experience. Not only was I able to get an early check in but the room itself was clean and comfortable. My husband and I were visiting for a wedding and Jared remembered us and asked us how the wedding went. He was also able to offer options for dining which is above and beyond. Jared is super approachable, friendly and overall a kind person. We had a blast and will stay again! Thank you Jared! Your awesome! ”

“Upside: The house was well located for restaurants and shopping. Garage parking was a huge plus. WiFi was excellent. Washer and dryer were nice. TVs and fireplace were nice. Bed was comfortable and bathrooms were nice. Downside: all bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. Steps are steep and laminate flooring. Back door handle was broken and came off in my hand. When we arrived the grass in the back yard was waist high. Yard crew showed up at 8am Friday to mow and weed yard. City garbage cans were...
