“The place was perfect for what I needed. However, I have one major suggestion/complaint and one little suggestion/complaint. The major issue was the lights outside in the yard. It lit up the area outside like it was the middle of the day. Please install darkening blinds or darkening curtains over the existing blinds in the bedroom. “House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

“I liked the living room space but it was dirty. The pool was dirty!!! I called so they can clean it while I was there and they just cleaned it this morning that we are checking out. The sheets on our beds were dirty! If the property management knew people were checking in, they should have made sure everything was clean and descent.”

“En realidad no es un hotel, estuve 6 noches y nunca funcionó el wi-fi ; le escribí varias veces siempre me decían lo mismo que no estába a su alcance . También tuve problemas con el parqueo por que tenía que buscar parqueo en la calle ; por qué ellos no especifican que no brindan una zona de parqueo privado . En conclusión tendré más cuidado en mi próxima visita a Phoenix.”

“Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

“Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!”
