“we have never got a chance to stay at this hotel we had family emergency we couldn’t make it to our trip. We asked to exchange the date they refuse we then ask for refund. They also refuse if you know better do not book with this hotel especially when you got something come up as family emergency they don’t care please take your money elsewhere.”

“Good value, centrally located with easy access to everything from transport to restaurants, pharmacies etc. staff was extremely helpful. Rooms could use some updating, laundry situation needs some addressing, dryers barely worked, took hours to get laundry done. ”

“Close to Peking road shopping district. Easy to get in and out of cab. Friendly and helpful host at the check-in. However the AC did not operate properly when we requested for assistance, one lady inspected but with rude comments like being our fault. That’s the major turn down, otherwise, everything was great and breakfast was also exceeded expectations.”
