“We had a wonderfully relaxing few days. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meals were most enjoyable. Our room was immaculately clean and the water was hot. It was lovely to be able to sit out on a balcony and read. The manager arranged a great safari to Bandula National Park and provided us with a very tasty breakfast to take with us. On leaving, they were able to arrange transport to our next hotel. The recently extended and beautifully decorated hotel is located in a quiet area...

“La habitación estaba bien, mi única queja es que en mi reserva constaba vistas al parque y la habitación estaba en la planta 0, y las vistas eran un muro con los sistemas de aire acondicionado, y la pared de la trasera de la cocina por el otro, es decir vistas ninguna. Una vez más nos dan la peor habitación de la gama contratada por haber reservado con Expedia.”

“We did not stay here! They would not check us in even though I showed them we had paid on Expedia. They wanted cash from us. They said Expedia doesn’t pay them and they wanted us to pay again. We didn’t because the place looked dirty and unfinished. We left. Now I’m trying to get my money back from Expedia. i got through on chat, Bupindher said someone from Expedia service would email me but they have not.”
