“Overall stay for 2 nights for awesome. Mr. Jitendra and his team was fabulous and they ensured our stay was comfortable. “Received one out of two rooms on time. Second room was delayed by 45-min and then found out the bathroom was not cleaned at all with urine smell permeating through the room. After booking experience was also not optimal. Received several messages from property manager asking for 50% upfront payment inspite of booking for payment at time of checking. Could not reach property at the number listed at the Expedia booking site or the one in the email from property manager for clarification....

“This place is heaven for nature lovers. A place in the forest, surrounded by flora and fauna. It is a vast property with many Adventures activities like Zip - lining, Archery, swimming pool, Burma Bridge, Campfire etc. Rooms are Air conditioned and they have luxury tents too around the swimming pool. It is a pet friendly resort. The food they serve is like home made food, both veg and non veg food are served in buffet style and not A la carte basis. “Our welcome at the reception was ice-cold no one smiled, slow check-in, we reached exactly on time but rooms weren't ready. When the 2 rooms were allotted (we were 4 family members with a toddler) it was on different floors which was very inconvenient. However, one of the senior receptionist proved to be helpful throughout with driver and some fake police issues. Rooms were sufficiently large and comfortable but linen were not exactly clean. “I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. ”

“Excellent property”

“Breakfast didn't have much options when we received for the 2nd day. We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day. ”
