“Our stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We also had the opportunity to use the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. It's a bit harder getting here with public transportation. We walked from Pontyclun station which was okay but others may want to make sure they pre-arrange transportation if needed.”

“The club room was colourful, clean, spacious with a powerful shower, comfortable bed and enough to get around. Seemed a pretty quiet hotel but we stayed on a Sunday evening. “As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”

“Very good accommodation! I was a bit hesitant before booking because the bathroom is shared, but that wasn’t a problem at all during our stay — there are several bathrooms and they were always clean and available. The bed is amaaaazing, super comfortable, and the breakfast is great — definitely worth the investment. Check-in and check-out were very convenient thanks to the smart lock technology. I highly recommend this accommodation, I have no complaints, only praise. I liked everything!”
