“The Erskin Arms is located a block from the train station and in the center of town so it couldn’t be more convenient. The building has been tastefully and thoughtfully renovated. There is a cozy library when you enter . The dining room is equally as cozy. There is an outdoor courtyard to enjoy meals on sunny days . The food was very good; both the breakfast as well as the dinner selections. The rooms were also well done . No AC , but windows on both sides, plus the fan and it was just fine...

“Perfect place to stay for our short visit to the area. We were made to feel very welcome from the outset. Staff were helpful and friendly. Cosy bedroom, comfy beds. All very clean. The food was tasty. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfasts.”

“This was a stay mainly to see the area not to use the facilities but the gym looked good . I wanted to use the pool one evening but it was closed at 6 when i went so beware of that . Food was great and good value . Breakfast was excellent with a good choice . Excellent room for wheelchair users which my wife is . Brilliant wet room and excellent all round . Parking good also .”

“Room was basic but clean and orderly. The beds were a bit hard but good enough for a nights sleep. Lights in the room operated on a timer rather than a switch, not sure why you can’t turn them on and off with a switch to save power, but that seems like a YHA quirk rather than the hostel itself. Staff were friendly and engaging, and facilities were good to make breakfast. There are no towels or soap so make sure to bring basic supplies for as long as your there. overall had a great stay.”

“Just returned from a week at The Kendrick in Llandudno. We cannot praise Nathan and his team enough, everything was wonderful and they did everything they could to make our holiday perfect, paying special attention to our likes and dislikes. The Hotel itself is clean, modern and fresh (not like a lot of hotels nowadays that are 'tired' and in need of some TLC). Breakfast was whatever you wanted it to be, cooked, cereals, juices etc and was delicious. The room was spacious and quite cool...

“Only spent one night, but room was wonderful. Even with the heat wave, the room was cool, and they had a fan in the room. Large clean room, big bathroom and clean. Wonderful restaurant and bar. Great breakfast. Only 7-10 minute walk to all the shops, beach and promenade. Wish I could have stayed longer. Everyone there was super nice.”
